5. Payment Terms

- Automatic renewal unless cancelled
- Payment processed securely through Stripe
- No refunds for partial months
5.2 Cancellation
- Cancel anytime from account settings
- Access continues until end of billing period
- No automatic refund upon cancellation
5.3 Price Changes
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
- Existing subscribers keep current price for that billing period
6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including design, code, features, and branding, is owned by BookCompanionGPT and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

- You grant us a license to process your inputs to provide the service

6.3 AI-Generated Content
Responses from the AI tutor are for educational purposes only. You are responsible for verifying accuracy before using them in assignments or exams.
7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
